At what time can I check -in and out?
Check-in: the arrival time is foreseen for Saturday afternoons from 5 to 8 pm
Check-out: departures have to take place on Saturday mornings between 8 to 10 am
Any modification of the above have to be agreed at time of booking. When you reach the property you chosen either the owner or his representative will be there to meet you and give you all further information regarding the property.
What shall I do if I cannot check–in between 5 to 8 pm?
In this case you can get in touch with the key holder (you will find his phone number on the rental voucher) and provide your new arrival time or call our office 055.8075506.
Is the price per room/apartment or person?
The prices indicated are the weekly rates for the entire villa
Is the breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
No, but is available at extra cost (cook upon request)
Are there any additional costs once we arrive?
Refundable deposit as stated in the individual description of the property is required on arrival. All our rates are fully inclusive of weekly rental, final cleaning and utilities unless stated otherwise in the individual property description.
How is the damage deposit paid? When will it be refunded?
In cash in euros (without which access will be denied). It will be refunded on your departures minus any costs for damages caused by your party and minus costs to pay on location (if any) as stated in the property description.
Is heating included in the price?
No. Heating is not included in the rental price. Payment according to consumption.
Is electricity included in the price?
No. Electricity is not included in the rental price. Payment according to consumption.
Can we settle the bill on arrival?
No, the balance is due two months prior the beginning of the letting period.
Which languages are spoken at the reception?
Basic English.
What if something breaks or needs repairing during our stay?
Contact the person responsible for the property as indicated on your voucher – You will always have a contact number for an English speaking person who can help you.

Yes, each bedroom is quiet, private and romantic.

All the properties supply both bed and bath linen (with weekly change).
