Even though this holiday home in the splendid Tuscany country is so pleasant that one would like never to leave it, the countryside around offers one of the world’s most concentrated areas of cities of art to be visited, delightful restaurants in which to savour typical dishes, as well as wine cellars in which to sample the many high quality local wines. Just to mention a few of them, from the renowned cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, and Lucca, which alone would be enough to cause one to be overcome by Stendhal’s syndrome, to the smaller but equally delightful S.
